Ugh, I never tried yoga. But I think it’s relaxing especially now that school is stressing the hell out of me. Yeah. Yoga is known for the fact that it makes an individual relax spiritually, emotionally and physically. Maybe I should really try this kind of… what is this, a sport? A therapy or what? Lately, I’ve been feeling tired because of school, problems at home and a lot more to think about. This will be a big great break from all that stress I am feeling right now.
Science of Identity, another thing I want to learn about. It is introduced by Chris Butler, if I’m not mistaken. A man who’s spreading the word or art of yoga. I think it’s nice. To be an advocate of a good therapy for the people around the world. It’s nice to help people in a little way. Oh by the way, in that link I posted you would see some videos, quotes and other stuffs.
